  • Deliver engaging voiceovers in both Urdu and English for daily news bulletins to captivate audiences with clarity and energy.
  • Develop a natural, confident, and current news reading style that resonates with diverse listeners.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality news scripts for short and long bulletins, utilizing your writing and editing skills to craft compelling content.
  • Produce ticker content in both languages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate closely with the video editing and AI avatar team to synchronize voice delivery and visual storytelling.
  • Manage and update detailed Excel sheets with news records, bulletins, and daily logs, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in radio or TV broadcasting, with a focus on news delivery.
  • Strong familiarity with modern digital news tone and style, as seen in prominent outlets like BBC and DW.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills for crafting headlines and scripts that grab attention.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
  • Ability to work under pressure, delivering multiple bulletins per day while maintaining quality standards.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to content improvement, seeking feedback and contributing to the growth of the team.
