Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, inform, and motivate our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, to achieve defined goals and objectives.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against established key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize spend and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop innovative growth strategies through brainstorming and creative problem-solving to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to optimize user experience and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create effective landing pages and enhance user journey, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, utilizing strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels for improved efficiency, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing complex digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
  • Highly creative with expertise in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns, resulting in increased brand awareness and conversions.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for improved conversion rates, driving business growth and revenue.
