Designing for Engagement and Innovation

We are seeking a talented UI & UX Designer to create captivating designs that drive user engagement and innovation. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing user-centered designs for various marketing materials, including websites, banners, brochures, logos, social media posts, and advertisements.

User-Centered Design Principles

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.

Social Media Expertise

  • Create and schedule compelling social media content (graphics, videos, and copy) across various channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to optimize campaigns and generate actionable insights.
  • Engage with our social media community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our audience.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and UI/UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
