A successful Quality Assurance Manager at our organization will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of existing features and new releases, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and working with a team of automation and manual QA engineers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the quality strategy and roadmap, select and maintain QA tools and technologies, and promote QA best practices across development teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software testing, team management, and Continuous Integration, and will be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve quality objectives.

Responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of the platform, developing and monitoring QA metrics, defining and updating quality standards, promoting QA best practices, establishing automation and manual QA strategies and roadmaps, identifying improvements in QA processes proactively, participating in key project phases, ensuring features are testable and achieve comprehensive test coverage, overseeing test planning and case design, reviewing quality issues, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence, selecting and maintaining QA tools and technologies, leading a team of automation and manual QA engineers, monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, supporting the growth of team members' technical skills, and prioritizing tasks based on impact, feasibility, and resources.
