Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and managing all branch operations, including staff management, customer service, sales, and administration;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives;
  • Monitoring and analyzing branch performance to improve overall efficiency and profitability;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
  • Training, motivating, and mentoring branch staff to ensure high-performance levels;
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively;
  • Preparing and submitting accurate reports and financial data as required by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven work experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the accounting industry for a minimum of 11 years;
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively guide and inspire a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations and financial services;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure;
  • Proactive and result-oriented approach;
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships;
  • Proficient in computer applications and banking software.
