Manage Financial Operations

Hunar Foundation seeks a Senior Manager to oversee finance and accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and investment of surplus funds. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in finance with 10-12 years of experience, including 5 years in a senior position.

  • Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Investment of surplus funds: Optimize the investment of surplus funds to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Tax planning and compliance: Ensure tax obligations are met, and advise on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities.
  • Cash management and control: Oversee cash inflows and outflows, ensuring adequate liquidity and cash reserves.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of the team.
