Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 05+ years of experience in Web and Database testing, FMCG and CPG productivity tools or large scale ERPs including Oracle.
  • Experience testing large scale, complex web applications and native mobile apps (Android & iOS), especially in themes of social networking, enterprise collaboration, productivity or ERPs.
  • Hands-on experience using tools such as Postman, JMeter, and Charles.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
  • Ability and experience in developing high coverage test cases for application features.
  • A deep understanding of the benefits of QA automation.
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing with Selenium using C#, Java, and Python will be considered an added advantage.
  • Working experience of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles.
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA processes in Scrum.
  • Experience in supporting and/or leading production releases/project test efforts.
  • Experience in applying quality management best practices and implementing application lifecycle management that includes requirements management, test planning, execution, defects tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with other SQA team members, development, project management, and multiple business functions.
