Job Title: Digital Experience Designer

Job Description:
  • Designing Customer Journeys:
    • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and brand strategy teams to create seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
    • Design seasonal and event-based shopping experiences that showcase new collections, highlight promotions, and meet customers' evolving needs.
    • Conduct research to understand customer behavior and develop design flows that enhance the overall experience and increase brand engagement.
  • Iterative Design Aligned with Marketing Goals:
    • Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to grasp key goals for campaigns, product launches, and highlights.
    • Apply an iterative design process to test, refine, and improve assets based on performance data, feedback from stakeholders, and evolving marketing goals.
    • Work with analytics teams to review campaign performance and use insights to continuously improve and optimize creative assets.
  • Cross-Channel Asset Creation & Support:
    • Create visual assets for a variety of digital channels, including e-commerce, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
    • Ensure designs are optimized for each platform and maintain a consistent brand voice while meeting customer expectations.
    • Be adaptable to brand requirements, providing rapid ideation and production for fast-paced digital initiatives.
  • Technical Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
    • Understand technical limitations and opportunities of the website and mobile platforms, collaborating with developers to ensure feasibility of designs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design challenges, providing creative and technical solutions.
    • Clearly communicate design requirements to development teams.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and digital marketing.
    • Experience in retail design is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating responsive designs.
    • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to create high-quality visuals, animations, and interactive content.
    • Familiarity with UX research methods, such as A/B testing, user interviews, and surveys.
    • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with project management tools to manage tasks and monitor progress.
