Job Description

A system administrator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless experiences. This position requires the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems efficiently.

  • Provide timely technical assistance for information technology systems.
  • Guide customers through remote and in-person system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, offering optimal solutions.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction, escalating unresolved issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in medium to large enterprises.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Telecom, or Electronics from a reputable university.
  • Training or certification in CompTia A+, MCSE, CCNA, VMWare, AWS, Azure, or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow, ManagEngine, or Jira Service Manager is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Ability to break down complex processes into clear instructions.
  • Patient, friendly demeanor with strong listening skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer service.
  • Tech-savviness with experience working in a tech-related field.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve various technical issues.

  • Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
