Procurement Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to manage various contracts and related procurement functions.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in contract and/or procurement administration/development, preferably on PMC or EPC type projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple contracts and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Conducting contractual matters arising, including claims, disputes, insurance, and guarantees/sureties.
  • Dealing with legal disputes locally.
  • Preparing tender documents for potential tenders, evaluating technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions, awarding contracts to suitable vendors.
  • Evaluating contractor/vendor performance, negotiating changes while maintaining fairness.

This role demands strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possessing excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

Requirements:
  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract and/or procurement administration/development.
  • Strong knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
