  • Design pages using reusable layouts and tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Instapage, and HubSpot to drive efficient design systems.
  • Create social ad designs for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn (static and animated) that capture attention and drive results.
  • Use good layout, color, and typography to make things clean, sharp, and effective.
  • Build and improve design systems, templates, and reusable assets to support scalable design.
  • Support social content and campaigns by creating Reels covers, thumbnails, carousels, memes, and other visually appealing content.
  • Develop internal decks and graphics that showcase measurable results.
  • Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to move fast and continually improve the design.
  • Utilize data and instincts to test designs and optimize them for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Figma—layouts, components, variants, libraries are essential.
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative or marketing design with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • A robust portfolio that showcases successful ads and pages.
  • Understanding of what drives design conversions—page flow, CTAs, layout logic.
  • Creative eye and sharp attention to detail to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Experience with design tools like Framer, Webflow, Instapage, or HubSpot CMS to streamline design workflows.
  • Ability to work seamlessly across teams, especially performance and content.
  • Self-motivation to manage timelines and deliver results without constant direction.
