Job Description:

This is a dynamic role that combines business development, sales, and education counseling to drive growth in student enrollments and strategic partnerships.

  • Actively enroll new students by providing expert guidance on course selection, application processes, and visa procedures.
  • Offer personalized counseling to students to help them select the right courses and institutions based on their academic and career aspirations.
  • Manage the entire enrollment process, ensuring timely and successful submissions of applications, visas, and necessary documentation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and education counseling (minimum of 2-5 years).
  • Solid understanding of the Australian education system and the admissions process.
  • Strong track record in recruiting and managing sub-agents to expand business reach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales and enrollment targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
