Job Overview

This role is designed for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee the maintenance of Copper/FF networks. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution of maintenance projects, achieving quality installations while adhering to SLAs, and identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance.

About the Job
  • Be accountable for maintaining KPIs (MTTR, MTTP, CHI, Installation Quality), achieving conversion Targets to increase FF base, and complaints reduction by addressing core issues.
  • Ensure accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure.
  • Promote HSE compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors.
Responsibilities
  • Execute maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network).
  • Achieve quality installations while adhering to SLAs and zero pendency.
  • Identify and implement Preventive Maintenance for Copper/FF networks to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Telecom network operations.
  • Excellent understanding of Telecom network operations (Copper/GPON).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
