Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to oversee the management of our accounts receivable ledger.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely recording of incoming payments.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, and formal correspondence to maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record and allocate incoming payments accurately, ensuring that all transactions are properly documented and accounted for.
  • Generate aging reports and assist with cash flow forecasting to provide valuable insights for informed business decisions.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Ensure adherence to credit control policies at all times.
