Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities required to perform tests in standard manners like energy resources, weighing, and environmental conditions are available.

About the Role: The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for reviewing all environmental monitoring records on a monthly basis and ensuring appropriate SOPs are available for all tests performed under the scope of accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Ensure that open hand instruments for all equipment are available in the laboratory and that appropriate personnel are trained to use them.">
  3. Responsible for ensuring that correct data is transferred from raw data to final reports.">
  4. Ensure that reference materials are certified against traceable certificates and that their standards are available if internal standards are used.">
  5. Manage the smooth working and technical activities in Q.C.">
  6. Authorized to release or reject the Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-process Product for further processing, and finished product on valid grounds.">
  7. Responsible for evaluation and approval of suppliers and vendors.">
  8. Assign complaints to the Laboratory staff for investigation of root causes and proposed corrective actions.">
  9. Responsible for all purchases made in the laboratory, raising requisitions containing the specifications of reagents, equipment, glassware, chemicals, and microbiological articles.">
  10. Ensure that bulk samples of chemicals and glassware are stored by the material management department under conditions agreed upon and verified by QCM.">
  11. Review and monitor the objectives regularly and revise whenever needed.">
  12. Evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes to improve efficiency and quality.">
  13. Develop and implement new procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
