Regional Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to effectively lead and manage client services operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client services operations efficiently and effectively to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise staff and ensure efficient resource management and timely resolution of problems.
  • Review key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to maintain and improve internal performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain regular interaction and communication with both internal and external clients to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure adherence to the desired service level as per SLA.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to all PM plans.
  • Submit MIS reports to management in a timely manner to aid in decision-making.
  • Build relationships and rapport with customers and encourage a healthy team environment.
  • Lead by example, ensuring adherence to processes, organizational policies, and quality benchmarks.
  • Define processes and procedures that meet organizational goals and performance standards.
  • Conduct staff appraisals and recruitment, and recommend internal and external training to enhance technical and managerial skills.
  • Continuously improve services through strategic planning and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Additional education in Electrical or Electronics engineering is an asset.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Operations Management.
  • Proven expertise in planning, organizing, leading, executing, controlling, and improving operations.
  • Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
