About the Job Opportunity

**Job Description:** As a **Marketing Data Insights Analyst**, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze marketing and sales data, identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions.

You will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and managing automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities. Additionally, you will create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.
  • Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot.
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Oversee data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences.
  • Proven ability to manage and segment large contact databases.
  • Strong understanding of data tools like ZoomInfo, Infotelligent, Salesloft etc.
  • Experience with automation and integrations between marketing/sales platforms and other business systems is highly desirable.
