Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success across our enterprise-grade HR/ERP/Platform products. This individual is responsible for overseeing multiple pods, including CoreHRMS, T&A, and Compliance, to develop a unified enterprise roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align multiple product pods to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and prioritize high-leverage enterprise features to enhance revenue alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze HR/CHRO insights to inform cluster-level JTBD and outcomes that drive product roadmaps

Requirements
