Purchasing Specialist

Our company is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Specialist to assist in procurement processes and ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

• Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate optimal terms and prices.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment documents.
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of building strong vendor relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is required.
