Job Opportunity: Social Media Growth Expert

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that propels our online presence forward.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of explosive growth on social media platforms, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to optimize content creation and strategy. They will be responsible for building and scaling our YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram accounts from the ground up.

This includes navigating and exploiting platform algorithms for maximum reach and engagement, as well as developing data-driven content calendars that convert viewers into followers.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing growth metrics across all platforms, collaborating with influencers and cross-platform content repurposing experts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have advanced knowledge of AI tools, a deep understanding of YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms, and a growth hacker mindset.

You will also need to be comfortable with analytics and making strategic decisions based on performance metrics.

Bonus points will be awarded to candidates with experience in emerging platforms and features, video editing and graphic design skills, influencer collaboration experience, and cross-platform content repurposing expertise.
