Nurse Director

A vital member of a healthcare team, the Certified Nurse oversees and coordinates nursing staff and patient care within a healthcare facility.

• Nursing Team Leadership: Lead nursing staff, supervise daily operations, and ensure adherence to established protocols and policies.
• Clinical Quality Assurance: Monitor high standards of nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Nursing Staff Development: Reinforce nursing staff development on skills and knowledge.
• Patient Care Coordination: Provide basic wound care, collect and process patient specimens, and perform phlebotomy procedures as required.
• Patient Observation and Reporting: Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
