About the Role:
  • Establish and optimize team workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Bolster our engineering team by building, leading, and developing its members.
  • Implement a seamless onboarding process for new team members, complete with comprehensive training.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner/Lead to ensure high-quality delivery and agile project management.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Foster a dynamic and engaging work environment that encourages collaboration and growth among team members.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in the industry, with at least 4 years as a developer and 2 years in an Engineering Management role responsible for system design and implementation.
  • Experience managing a team of at least four individuals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with performance management and salary reviews.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about cultivating high-performing teams.
