Job Role: DevOps Specialist

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems using cloud platforms. Strong proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Ruby is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure automation frameworks for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to determine software deployment requirements.
  • Utilize cloud platforms to design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Implement security best practices to ensure data and system integrity.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Nagios, ELK, or Prometheus.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Sound knowledge of Linux server administration.
