Job Title: Deputy Finance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Finance Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) in managing the financial aspects of our organization, including accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be proficient in Oracle Financials ERP and have excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Apart from their technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing financial transactions and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies
  • Help prepare and present financial reports and budgets to senior management
  • Contribute to developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in Oracle Financials ERP and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
