Sales Director Role

As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Directing the distribution of products or services to customers.
  • Developing and following up on business leads to identify new opportunities.
  • Leading a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Assigning sales territories, setting sales goals, and establishing training programs for the organization's sales representatives.
  • Setting and achieving sales quotas, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Developing new customers through targeted marketing campaigns and generating sales from existing customers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to drive sales.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Traveling to different locations to make sales calls, networking with potential customers and identifying new opportunities.
  • Adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Managing and maintaining reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
