Job Summary

A technical project manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects within a company. They ensure that projects are completed efficiently, meeting established timelines and budgets.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Coordinate teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Maintain open communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in a project management capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Experience working in an offshore environment is an asset.
