Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager

  • • Responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth delivery of services to all stakeholders, driving revenue and profitability, and implementing sustainable practices.

  • • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.

  • • Manage relationships with residents, vendors, and affiliates to maintain smooth operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • • Ensure effective communication with residents and facilitate secondary sales.

  • • Design and exercise control mechanisms to maintain quality occupancy.

  • • Manage collections, including CAM and other commercial fees.

  • • Foster relationships with clients and tenants to promote the property.

  • • Achieve targets for revenue, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.

  • • 4-5 Years of relevant experience (Commercial)

Responsibilities include:

  • • Managing day-to-day operations of the building, including CAM collection, reporting, and defaulter management.

  • • Overseeing customer relations, ensuring high occupancy through short- and long-term rental operations.

  • • Handling legal contracts and ensuring compliance.

  • • Developing and implementing resident engagement strategies.

  • • Coordinating with Head Office on ad hoc commercial assignments.

  • • Ensuring effective communication with residents and facilitating secondary sales.

  • • Managing complaint resolution and ensuring TATs are met according to SLAs.

  • • Fostering relationships with vendors, affiliates, and residents to maintain smooth operations.

  • • Responsible for facility and property management affairs.

  • • Devising & Improvising SOPs related to residents and enabling Administration to implement the same.

  • • Designing and exercising control mechanisms with respects to short- and long-term tenants including access management and gate protocols to maintain quality occupancy.

  • • Managing collections, including CAM and other commercial fees.

  • • Keeping residents informed on contract changes or issues, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

  • • Collaborating on marketing campaigns to promote the property.

  • • Achieving targets for revenue, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
