Job Title

The Director of Corporate Governance will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our organization's corporate governance framework. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on governance matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective governance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential governance gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on governance matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of governance activities and metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of corporate governance principles and practices. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex governance information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business administration, accounting).
  • At least 10 years of experience in a governance or compliance role.
