About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and website assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and produce creative concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • P present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
  • Add visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final product and engage the target audience.
  • Work with the marketing team to understand the goals of each video project and ensure that the content aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and format for each.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography and videography principles.
