The job involves developing web applications using Python and Django, a highly skilled team of developers work together to design, write, test, and maintain high-quality code. As part of this role, you will effectively communicate with the technical development team, work efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks within an appropriate turnaround time with a high level of quality, document new development and code changes for both developers and clients, provide assistance to the development team with server and web product tasks, conduct load testing and code optimizations to improve application performance and throughput, and maintain and enhance the code used to build and deploy management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

This position requires experience working with Python, AWS, Django REST Framework, Django-CMS, Flask, practical RDBMS experience preferably with MySQL, solid SQL knowledge, ability to design effective data storage, query performance optimization skills, extensive experience with JavaScript especially jQuery and Ajax, Linux-based development experience, experience with performance optimization, scaling, event analytics, modern social APIs for login, email, analytics, templating engine with HTML and CSS, and unit tests for automated testing and deployment.

Bonus Skills:

A plus would be experience with Apache, Nginx, front-end framework like Backbone.js or Angular.js, fabric scripts for deployment on Linux instances, AWS or other cloud-based infrastructure providers, caching and key-value stores.
