Corporate Law Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Law Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate law and company secretarial work, including:

  1. Formation of companies and other legal entities.
  2. Filing of statutory returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Drafting of agreements, trust deeds, and other corporate documents.
  4. Preparing and filing minutes of statutory meetings.
  5. Providing advisory services on corporate compliance and risk management.
  6. Ensuring overall supervision and processing of corporate and secretarial services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of corporate law and company secretarial work.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide advisory services on corporate compliance and risk management.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns and minutes of meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective processes for managing corporate and secretarial services.

Requirements:

  • Law Graduate degree.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
