MILELE MOTORS FZE is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to support the finance department in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance. This role will assist in managing accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve customer deposit discrepancies caused by conversion rate issues in NetSuite.
  • Prepare customer deposit in NetSuite on a daily basis.
  • Assist seniors in expediting the accounts receivables process to ensure timely collections and recording.
  • Apply customer deposits to relevant open customer invoices accurately.
  • Generate invoices from Sales Orders (SOs) to ensure proper application of customer deposits in NetSuite.
  • Reconcile all accounts receivable at the end of every month and report to Team InCharge.
