A key role for a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist is to manage the front desk, handle customer inquiries, and facilitate HR in interviews. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Description:- The candidate will be responsible for managing all correspondence, responding to queries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Facilitating candidates and customers within the office environment.
- Providing administrative support to ensure a smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain reception area
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Support HR in interview processes
- Coordinate appointments and reservations
- Provide general office support with clerical activities
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Supervise junior staff to maintain office environment
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head
Requirements:
