We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our short-term rental listings. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing listings on various platforms.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of short-term rental operations and experience working with channel managers. They will be responsible for creating and managing listings, operating and managing daily tasks, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage listings on multiple booking platforms
- Operate and manage daily tasks using a channel manager
- Coordinate with on-ground teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Handle guest communications professionally
- Maintain calendar sync across all booking platforms
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry
- Prior use of channel managers like Guesty is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve quickly
- Fluent in spoken English
- Able to work from an office environment
