
Administrative Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a personal secretary or similar role, with excellent organizational and time management skills. They will be responsible for managing the executive's schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, along with knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with the executive to provide administrative support, prepare reports and presentations, and conduct research as assigned. You will also maintain proper filing systems and confidential records, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
