Business Growth Strategist

As a key player in driving business growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to develop and implement new and existing business strategies. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will leverage their exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to cultivate relationships with potential clients, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a strategy to follow up with leads and determine their viability;
- Managing members of the business development team to ensure effective collaboration and communication;
- Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns;
- Staying up-to-date with industry news and developments to identify trends and opportunities;
- Leading negotiations with potential clients to secure business agreements;
- Buidling and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is also essential.
