
Lead Generation Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the gaming, metaverse, AR/VR, art and design, 3D services, and enterprise tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Identification: Conduct research to identify potential clients and create targeted outreach campaigns to engage with them.
- Outbound Prospecting: Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Develop effective communication skills to understand client needs, interests, and budgets, ensuring alignment with our services and solutions.
- Strategy Development: Manage and coordinate sales outreach and marketing efforts to develop lead generation strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and converting quality leads.
- Tools & CRM: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms to find prospects, and keep our CRM system updated to track activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics and outreach results to refine lead generation strategies and increase conversion effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B tech or creative services environment.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Bonus if you have knowledge or interest in gaming, metaverse, or XR industries.
