Responsibilities:

As a Flutter Engineer at HR Ways, you'll have opportunities to:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with our team to create user-centered features.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve app-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Flutter releases, packages, and plugins to enhance our development processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of mobile app development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Flutter.
  • Proficient in Dart and the Flutter framework.
  • Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.
  • Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Familiarity with native development (iOS/Android) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Push Notifications.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with app store submission processes for iOS and Android.
  • Experience with third-party plugins and custom widget creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
