Sales Professional Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Sales Closer. In this role, you will engage with prospects through warm and inbound calls to discuss final expense coverage.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on plan options, benefits, and pricing to address their specific needs.
  • Overcome objections with empathy and professionalism, guiding clients to a confident buying decision.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain up‑to‑date client records in our CRM.
  • Maintain Monthly and Weekly Goals.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in tele sales or insurance closing (final expense experience a plus).
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, with a client‑centric mindset.
  • Comfortable working nights (7 PM–5 AM) in a collaborative office environment.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and self‑motivation.
