Online Education Support Specialist

We are a rapidly growing online education organization with our headquarters based in the UK, and our support center located elsewhere. Our team is made up of 40 members, and we are looking to expand further.

You will not be required to deliver lessons; instead, we will provide support through emails and our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). If you prove your abilities, there is great room for development and progress, and you will be trained to provide tutorials to our learners at a better level.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Science, or Education.

We can consider applications from fresh graduates. However, there will absolutely not be any compromise on the following skills that we aim to see in the potential candidates:

  • Strong work ethics such as honesty, punctuality, ownership, mutual respect, and commitment.
  • A high level of English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.

  • Exceptional research skills to find answers/solutions to problems.
  • A drive to succeed and create a great career in the field of education and learning.
