About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor to lead our neurosurgery department. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, conducting research, and participating in administrative activities. A strong track record of scholarship through research, publications, and contributions to education is essential.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

1. Undertake undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in neurosurgery.
2. Conduct research in neurosurgery, with a focus on publishing papers and presenting at conferences.
3. Participate in specified administrative activities, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Hold a postgraduate qualification in neurosurgery (e.g., FCPS, FRCS, American Board or equivalent).
2. Have significant clinical, teaching, and research experience.
3. For Senior Instructor, applicants should have at least two years' experience in a reputable institution.
4. For Assistant Professor, applicants should have at least two years' experience as Senior Instructor or equivalent, with demonstrated scholarship through research, publications, and/or contribution to education.
5. For Associate Professor, applicants should have at least eight years of teaching/research experience in an HEC recognized University, with five years' post-terminal experience of teaching and a minimum of 10 research publications in journals recognized jointly by HEC and PMDC, with at least 4 of these publications in the last five years.
