Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant

About This Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ERP implementation and functional consulting efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Conduct thorough fit-gap analysis to ensure system alignment with business processes and optimize configurations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain adherence to industry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to drive successful project execution.
  • Share your knowledge and experience with junior consultants while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ERP consulting, including 2 full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
