As a leader in finance and accounting, you will be responsible for navigating the operational finance, accounting, and payment activities of a rapidly growing company. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing day-to-day leadership and support to the finance and accounting team members.
  • Reviewing and reconciling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable statements.
  • Managing the company's cash flow positions on a daily basis.
  • Overseeing the invoicing process and providing feedback to the customer support team on requested items.
  • Preparing period-close reports and ensuring readiness for financial close.
  • Posting month-end journal entries as necessary.
  • Preparing the balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
  • Establishing finance processes for new country expansions.
  • Collaborating with the engineering and IT team on process automation.
  • Identifying critical points and flagging them to the Head of Finance.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or related field.

We are looking for someone with specialized knowledge in accounting or finance. Additional requirements include:

  • CPA certification.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in finance and accounting, with growing responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Experience with various ERP systems, with regular use of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Basic Arabic knowledge is beneficial but not required.
