Job Overview

This role involves leading the cybersecurity strategy for our organization. As a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for protecting our software products, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing Security Strategies: Create and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Guarantee adherence to ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability management to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Incident Response and Monitoring: Oversee incident response, threat intelligence, and security monitoring to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Integrating Security: Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
  • Network Security Best Practices: Enforce identity management, encryption, and network security best practices to protect our infrastructure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud security, application security, and DevSecOps.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of secure coding practices, incident response, and risk management.
  • Liderhip: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to have: Practical experience with SIEM, firewalls, WAFs, and endpoint security.
