Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and meetings, coordinating work across multiple teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Ccoordinate work across 2 scrum teams
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and meetings
  • Identify and solve team impediments
  • Contribute to resource management for employees within squads
  • Communicate with other squads and managers to align across the entire organization
  • Manage the team backlog and ensure that priorities are reflected in the board
  • Ensure effective communication and transparency
  • Maintain a positive team atmosphere


Requirements:
  • Experience with Agile Delivery/Project Management and strong commercial understanding
  • Good understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience managing multiple agile teams in projects up to 7-25 FTE
  • Strong service/client-oriented attitude, focus on outcome
  • Ability to choose and set up project management tools and techniques
  • Experience in Configuration management and managing KPIs
  • Good understanding of change and expectations management
  • Experience in successful project implementation in a software environment
  • Problem-solving attitude using system-thinking approaches
