Role Description:

The Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the development of technology strategies, driving innovation, and overseeing the implementation of complex client and internal solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security design, cloud architecture, and Microsoft 365/Azure environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
  2. Analyze technical requirements with clients to evaluate and architect technology solutions.
  3. Develop detailed cost justifications for complex solutions.
  4. Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
  5. Implement security best practices.
  6. Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for evaluation.
  7. Act as a high-level escalation point for enterprise client environments.
  8. Develop architecture frameworks and security protocols for cloud infrastructure.
  9. Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  10. Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud infrastructure.
  11. Maintain adherence to standards within client environments.
  12. Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, processes, and best practices.
  13. Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience.
  3. Experience implementing security architectures across on-premises and cloud (Azure).
  4. Proficiency in hardening servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
  5. Expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, and MSP toolsets.
  6. Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) preferred or demonstrated experience.
  7. Deep knowledge of Azure AVD, Entra B2B, Okta, and Nerdio.
  8. Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management.
  9. Knowledge of Data Engineering, Machine Learning frameworks, prompts, and LLMs.
  10. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  11. Self-starter capable of working independently or in teams.
  12. Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
  13. Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and simply.
  14. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
