We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Counselor to provide expert guidance and support to students at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver comprehensive counseling services, encompassing academic, career, and personal development.
  2. Manage the application process for students applying to foreign universities, ensuring seamless coordination and timely submission of documents.
  3. Collaborate with students to explore career options, set realistic goals, and develop effective action plans.
  4. Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by students.
  5. Oversee the collection and submission of required documents, guaranteeing on-time delivery.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with international educational institutions, fostering a network of partnerships.
  7. Address and resolve any issues or challenges arising during the admission process.
  8. Promote continuous improvement in processes, enhancing the overall student experience.
  9. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress, including counseling notes and reports.
  10. Stay updated on current trends, policies, and best practices in education, counseling, and student support services.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 1-year experience in Educational Counseling.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Urdu.
  4. Ability to operate a laptop and work efficiently with software applications.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in advising, counseling, and student enrollment.
  6. Capacity to handle pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  8. Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work flexible hours as needed.
