Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director - Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of advanced artificial intelligence models and algorithms.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an IT-related field from a recognized university.">
  • Four years of study duration.">
  • At least 7-10 years of experience as a senior data scientist with a proven track record.">
  • Preferred candidates have IBM Deep Learning Certification.">
  • Extensive experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to develop and optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and optimization models.">
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (e.g., SQL, Oracle), scripting languages (e.g., Python, R), and statistical/mathematical software tools (e.g., R, SAS, Stata, Matlab).">
  • Experience in analytical roles involving data extraction, analysis, and communication.">
  • Expertise in both supervised and unsupervised learning methods, including linear and logistic regression, time-series modeling, generalized linear models, decision trees, random forests, support vector machines, and K-means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, and principal components.">
  • Able to effectively communicate technical concepts and considerations to non-experts.">
  • Develops models and tools using knowledge in machine learning, statistical modeling, probability, and decision theory, and other quantitative techniques.">
  • Improves existing methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters.">
  • Communicates verbally and in writing with business customers and leadership teams with varying levels of technical knowledge, sharing insights and recommendations.">
  • Understands the business implications behind large datasets and develops meaningful analytic solutions.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, advocating technical solutions to engineering teams and business audiences.">
