We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our tax compliance and reporting team. As a Tax Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tax services to our clients across various industries.

About the Role

">

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in domestic and international tax rules and regulations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar environment. They will also possess excellent managerial, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Provide tax compliance and reporting services to clients across various industries;">
  3. Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of tax services;">
  4. Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, and put in place standardized processes;">
  5. Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate, and drive performance-improvement solutions;">
  6. Assist in generating new business opportunities and building client networks;">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field;">
  • MBA, Master's, or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification;">
  • At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules and regulations, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment;">
  • Strong background in corporate tax, tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment;">
  • Experience of dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;">
  • In-depth commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge;">
  • UAE Corporate tax and tax compliance experience;">
