Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, execute and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing plans incorporating SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing. This includes managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage and monitor online advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
  • Track website performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates (CRO)
  • Analyze marketing data and generate performance reports to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing with broader business objectives
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media strategy, and web analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center is an advantage
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational abilities
